Had an appointment set, for an estimate on windows...

Had an appointment set, for an estimate on windows and no one showed. When I called I was told there was a clerical error with my address. OK. It happens. When the receptionist called back to verify the NEW appointment, I was told all home owners had to be present. My husband works very long hours, much longer than their appointment schedule, and was told they had a strict policy about this. I handle our finances and will be making this decision. She became very snotty with me. What is this, 1950? Would not use this company under any circumstances.
