We have had our 2 cars serviced by Melissa in the shop for almost 10 years now with outstanding service. We recently needed a mini-van and she pointed us in the direction of Tex. Don't let the nickname fool you, he was helpful, understanding and most importantly listened to our needs and price concerns. Before even showing us the vehicles we sat down and he went over what options were within our price range. From there he only showed us vehicles that we were interested in and he was not high pressure at any point during the sales process. During test drives and delivery he went through all the options and features of the vehicle and even then we weren't rushed. When it comes time to replace our other vehicle we will be returning to Coquitlam Chrysler and Tex.
