In April of 2016 I purchase my first ever brand new car. I had done my research and narrowed it down to two options the Focus or the Fiesta. From the moment I walked in the front door I was greeted with amazing customer service. I never felt rushed or that I had to purchase anything. The associate (whose name escapes me) that went on the test drive with us was very personable. Talked about anything and everything. I had what seemed like a million questions and she had an answer for every single one. The process was a little longer than I expected but again this was my first time purchasing a new car so the length could have been normal. I did purchase the extended warranty, again I did not feel pressured to purchase this. I took my car in this week for my first oil change and the service was EXCELLENT. I was one of the first two in line for the day. I was greeted with a smile . The gentleman who worked me up again was very nice and personable. He worked me up and escorted me to the lounge where I waited for my car. The whole process from start to finish took about an hour. During the hour several workers came in and offered us coffee, or water. They had a charging station for everyone to use which was very handy. I highly recommend this place for all your purchases and any service you may need to have on your vehicle. Thanks for the great costumer service. I work in a costumer service myself so when its easy to spot amazing service when I see it. Thanks again. I will definitely be back for future service.
