The staff is very friendly and informative and shows genuine care about me and my dog. My girl has been taken to Metropolitan twice now: one to have a chewing bone removed from her top jaw as an ER visit and another as an ultrasound. I was informed about everything during both visits and the staff was very timely in getting my dog back to be worked on as soon as possible. Each time I've gone, the waiting room is never busy!
