The "Property Management IL" has been very professional through the entire process of getting my property rented. Mr. Tanaka did a thorough walkthrough, noting all items that needed repair that I hadn't gotten to and got them professionally repaired. Moreover he offered valuable advise on how to imporve the reisdence value and offer the best to my renters.
