We were due to go to Club Med Arcs Panorama on 5th April but they cancelled holiday due to COVID-19. The law states that they must provide a full cash refund, however, they are refusing to give us one and only offering a credit refund to be used for against a holiday for next year. We've explained that this is not suitable for us and we would like our full cash refund. They've stopped communicating and the travel agent isn't able to offer much assistance either. This is unlawful. You can only judge how good a company truly is from how it behaves when things go wrong. I would think twice or completely avoid booking any holidays with them
