We had a wonderful experience with Rob today. We had been to two other VW regarding a rattle noise under the car, neither of the other dealerships could help us. Brought it to this VW dealership and the staff was very kind and willing to help. They were able to find the problem right away and fixed the car within hours. Kind, helpful and capable. We highly recommend this dealership.
