My wife and I visited Audi of Cherry Hill during Lexus negotiation and settled on the Q7 over Lexus GX. There were several reasons why we did this but 2 major differences.:
1. Salesman (Chea) was easy to talk to and very patient
2. Only 1 other person to deal with during price negotiation.

We saw Lexus salesman handling another customer during our visit which made us walk away in frustration but experience at Audi was very opposite. Lexus' 'lingo' of "but it's a Lexus!" versus Audi's "see what this car can do" in my opinion, was probably the deal breaker. Down to earth, honest people at Audi won both of us and we settled on our Audi. I will probably go back to them for my next car.
