One day into this trip and so far a nightmare. We were promised a room with king size bed and then upon arrival were not given one. Today I called 7 times to speak to someone and after two hours received a call back saying the only option is to back up my stuff and leave it with them and when a room comes available they will call us. So i dont get a room for a day while they try to get me one. How is this a solution? This trip is not worth the money spent at all
