On May 8, 2020, we purchased a new 2020 Subaru Outback through Christian Carreon. Although there are other Subaru dealers nearer our location, we found Christian very helpful and courteous when we had earlier stopped by and chose to work with him. The negotiating and purchasing experience was very pleasant and professional!
Recently we noticed the vent fan for the driver s seat was on occasion intolerably loud, so we scheduled a warranty appointment with service. I brought our car in and was met by Wally Pettengill, a service advisor. Wally handled the process of bringing the car into the shop and while I waited in the waiting area, kept me continuously updated on the progress of the repair. When it was clear the part wouldn t arrive until late in the day delaying the repair until Friday, Wally offered a loaner. I drove home but was pleasantly surprised to get a call from Wally that our car was ready late on Thursday. I drove back early Friday morning to find that since Wally would not be in, he had coordinated my loaner return and pickup of our car with Maggie. Maggie brought our car to the service area, and I found technician Justin Steel had kept the interior spotless but with a fan that no longer made noise, a great relief.
From turning in our car, through the replacement of the fan, through picking up my car, I was treated in a friendly and respectful manner. I was kept informed of progress throughout and never had to ask what was happening. From buying through servicing, this was a great experience.
