He has responded promptly and actually resolved issues. He has been unfailingly polite. He has researched matters that were unique. He communicates thoroughly, answering not only the question you asked but anticipating what your follow-up questions may be so you have all the information on a single email instead of a string of back and forth responses. He has depth in the topics commonly encountered by home owner associations and clearly takes pride in what he does. It has been a very satisfying experience.
