After deciding upon a Honda, my wife and I went to Middletown Honda knowing we wanted a CRV-LX after spending hours researching the different cars they made on their website.
Upon arrival at the dealership, we were greeted and asked how they could help us.
After we told her that we wanted to see one of their sales representatives we were introduced to Katia Cabrera. We told her what we wanted and handed her a list of questions we had. She took the time to answer them in great detail, and then took us to the lot and we picked out the first one we saw.
After that we were introduced to Joe the finance representative and he helped us make payment arrangements we could afford.
We returned several hours later to pickup the car.
We we then led to Sylvia Ortega the delivery coordinator who assisted us with the final paperwork and it was a pleasure speaking with her to make the sale a done deal!

The car was detailed and washed, and was presented to us with a full tank of gas!

Sylvia then took at least an hour explaining everything the car does and how it works.

Middletown Honda has the most courteous and professional sales representatives I have ever had the pleasure to do business with at a car dealership.
