Nice from the outside, but service is not possible...

Nice from the outside, but service is not possible. The hotel does not correspond to a 4 star category. The room was fine, however, the trash can was not emptied for 3 days. The bathroom was cleaned so-so, there was still sand on the floor and stains. The light at the entrance of the room did not work, but the small lights above the bed went on and off all the time (by themselves). It was also strange that you had a very warm point on the floor next to the table that almost burned when you stepped on it, apparently something was wrong with the pipes, but the most serious and unpleasant thing was that on the second day the staff simply took the top off the bathroom. After asking at the front desk nobody felt responsible, if you found it you would send it back ... you didn't even apologize as if it were normal in a 4 star hotel (or at all).
