I have to give a 5-star rating to Jennifer Carter at Heritage . She ALWAYS responds to my phone calls and emails, even on weekends. She may not give me the answer I want, but she gives me an answer.
I have worked as a concierge in residential condominiums for almost 10 years. The #1 complaint I hear from homeowners is "I sent an email or I have called 3 times, and my email/call has not been returned". I see the frustration, and eventually anger, this causes. I do not think most people realize the number of calls, request, complaints, a Property Manager receives daily from their properties. That, in itself, is a full time job.
It is very rare to find a Property Manager that puts homeowners request high on their priority list. I have only known 2 and Jennifer is one of them. I will continue to praise her when asked about her job performance as our Property Manager at The Cloisters.
