Friendly and efficient staff made this inherently dreaded trip to ANY human services department.... The wait was not ridiculously long and they have guest wifi access to keep you plugged in for the duration. A special thanks to Jackie, with her friendly demeanor, great sense of humour, expert navigation of the system, with a noteworthy mention to her vibrant and lively springtime shoes that totally brightened up my wife's day.
