Made a claim in April 2017. It is now June 2017. We haven't received any acknowledgment from them at all. Called them twice only to be told both times that it's a very busy time of year and that someone will be in touch within a week. Still no correspondence. We have been informed that the guy dealing with our claim doesn't speak to customers!! Really?? Is this how a professional business is run. We have 1 years insurance with this company and have another trip organised however we are quite concerned as to whether this company are who they say they are. Should have stayed with The Post Office. You only get what you pay for and in this instance we have got exactly that. Very, very poor service. Stay clear.
