Probably the worst experience of online purchasing we ve ever encountered!!!
Ordered 3 items in the Black Friday sale in November, still waiting for a refund!!!
No oven for Christmas, thanks for that! even after endless telephone conversations and emails , promises made that we would receive the goods even dispatch emails with tracking numbers but nothing turned up ! Eventually admitted that they don t have the goods in stock ! And still waiting for refund as I type this ! DISGUSTING SERVICE BORDERING ON ILLEGAL!!!!
Take my advice and use someone more reputable
