I am also a staff of Shangri-La and I have been very delighted on the very warm welcome I received from the beginning to the end of the stay. From Frank (training dept) who has been ever so helpful to Nicky's FO team (John at C/I and Eddie at C/O, Mary Ann at Guest Services) big thumbs up!!
Big thanks also to the lovely lady who served us a nice welcome tea on 5/30 around 6pm ( i didnt get the name either i do apologize)
My friend also understood why Shangri-La is so exceptional. He has been fascinated by the warmth of every single staff. I would like to thank also the nice gentleman (i didnt get the name tag) at the Waterside Pool restaurant on 5/31 who has provided a great service although it was the end of his shift).
I am really looking forward to stay again soon!!
