I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the excellent service you have provided us with in the past twelve months. We have used many labour agencies in the past with varying degrees of success. (mostly failure) Your attention to the quality of personnel being sent to us is of particular importance as the work we carry out for our clients is completed to a very high standard. I would also commend the service provided when you are asked, at very short notice (phone call on Thursday afternoon looking for two men to work Friday and through the weekend last week), both of which were to the usual high standard.
So once again, Thank you for the past year and I look forward to working with you both in the coming year.
