Went to a show in the first week of April. Online it said their coat check was seasonal from October 1 - April 1. It was pouring rain that day, and much to my surprise the coat check was available. That would have been really helpful information. With a sold out show, and wet people smashed in like sardines, the venue quickly began to smell like a foot. The AC wasn't turned on until after the opening act, and that helped with the humidity and smell.

The layout of this venue is really bad. The room is longer than it is wide, meaning less space in front of the stage and more rows of bodies. They have their bars along the long sides of the room, which means with a full house it's almost impossible to maneuver to them without people yelling at you for trying to cut in front of them.

The saving grace for this venue is the balcony. There is an upcharge to go up there if you have general admission tickets, but it is a world of a difference. There's a private bar with lounge-type seating in a separate room, then two staggered rows of chairs for viewing the show in a horseshoe shape around the stage. Even the worst seats up there are pretty good. There are also private bathrooms, but the women's only had 2 stalls (and very little moving space).

Overall, this is definitely not my favorite venue, but if a great artist came here I would probably suck it up and get seats upstairs.
