Dropped our new church van off for a door repair. Frank jumped right on it when I drove up. Had to order part but called and let me know. Called on Monday and told me part would be there the next morning. Van was fixed the next day and picked up. Excellent customer service. Frank you are and asset to the Ford service dept. Again thank u for the great service. Completely satisfied
