Clean and quiet. But staff seemed a bit confused and frazzled both when I checked in and out. I thought it was a bit expensive, especially given the small room. As an older (but renovated) downtown hotel, it's small. Small room with "queen sized bed," small elevator, small lobby (crowded with luggage).
