Dreadful customer service. I bought a garden ornament in store on a visit to Stow. The cashier swapped it for one already in a box (while constantly chatting to her friend). Stupidly I didn't check it, got home and the item was faulty. It took 35 minutes to get through to customer service. I stressed I needed the item by the weekend as it was a present, she said it couldn't be organised that quickly. But guess what? The collection of the faulty item could be organised for the next day. Still waiting for the item to arrive (missed being able to give it the person now though) and still waiting for somebody to telephone as promised to organise refund of telephone cost. Faulty products and a 'don't care ' customer service, avoid at all costs.
