Jennifer Beaudrie at Service took note of all my concerns in detail - as denoted by her lengthy comments to techs on the invoice which instilled confidence in my as the customer that the techs knew what I was referring to, what services I did request that they perform, and what part I wanted installed additionally (in the case of this last visit the part of the front lip in the attached photo). Only thing that would've added to my experience would have been if they had topped up the battery which was pretty much empty when I got in the car (and it'd have been super easy as my i8 was sitting in the electric parking spot with the charger right beside it, albeit unconnected)....but good thing the i8 has an engine and can fully run without electric, and besides no one's perfect but Budds' comes very close to that for what customers expect from a premium dealership! :D

Overall, very pleased and thankful!
