Its not the best management company ever but its a heck of a lot better than sunshine corporation in my opinion. I love the fact they make it a equal opportunity for any one to live on their property whether its section 8 or not...most turn their nose up when they hear section 8 thinking the very stereotypical response that everyone on section 8 leechs off the government when its not always the case...some people just have fallen on bad terms and need a little help and someone willing to give them a chance. Thank you so much for giving homes to hard working familes. Goodbye
