A friend and I went to the Monarch. It was very late(around 11:00pm/midnight).One of the very few chances we both can get out and have some fun. This casino (Monarch) was still hoppin they had almost All of their tables and slots up and running (masks still required indoors,safe distancing, etc...) . I was winning on almost all the slot machines . Reel loose slots. The 24/7 diner/bar was one of the best. Very courteous staff both at 24/7 and around the casino. I'd have to say probably The Best Casino in Blackhawk so far. I hope to stay in the hotel next time my friend and I get away again. Thank You so much for making it a wonderful night Oops I meant to say morning. .
