The service center made me wait over an hour and a half to take a look at one tire. When the service representative came out to explain to me that it would cost $189.00 for a new tire he made up a story about why when they sold me the car they had nicer tires included so I would be "foolish" to buy a lower quality tire. I had waited so long i just told him to keep it on there instead of going somewhere else to get a better price.

Total rip off. Rude customer service. Never going back.
