First of all this place is as clean as a doctors office. Every time I go I am greeted and all my issues are addressed. I always make an appointment,,,,,Wait time is usually an hour or so until you're given an estimate. Unless there's not many people ahead.

I have a 2017 honda accord sport and there was a loose shield just dangling beneath my car they were able to just bend it back into place without buying a new part. (Thanks Honda)
Some of the estimates were high but its great to go to the dealer and find out exactly what the problem is.
I love the free car wash so my baby always goes home shiny!
