Worst customer service EVER!!!!

Worst customer service EVER!!!!
Ordered a part online (8/4/2014) so I could pick-up at store. On 8/6/2014 I looked at "order progress" online, and it said "Ready of Pick-up". Went to the store...part could not be found, was told "it should be in, in two days...we will call you".
On 8/11/2014 I decided to call the store, because I had not received a call back, to find out about the order. The part was still MIA, but "It should be in, in two days...We will call you".
Today is 8/21/2014. I'll call the store again to see where the part is at. I have a suspicion that the part is coming via covered wagon, or maybe by pony express.
