ATROCIOUS so-called 'customer service'. Over 5 weeks ago I requested a replacement charger for my Chromebook under warranty. The chat rep was so distracted, I had to keep asking constantly if he was still there. Two weeks latwr, when I still hadn't received anything, I was informed that the package had been returned by the shipping service. So they created a new order, but again they refused to provide me with a tracking number or when to expect delivery. They said they had no way of knowing for sure. So I waited another 2 weeks, contacted them again, and they finally gave me a FedEx tracking number and claimed that the package had been delivered the week before!!! I had not received anything, so I called Fed Ex. Turns out that Lenovo addressed it incorrectly. Freaking geniuses did not think that they should double-check my address with me after the first package was rejected by FedEx as undeliverable? This time, the driver just delivered it at some random address. And Lenovo has again stopped responding to my messages on Facebook when J requested that it be express shipped to me. I haven't been able to charge my laptop since August 12th and these clowns cannot figure our how to ship a charger for a device that still has warranty coverage. This is an embarrassment. Most of my inquiries are ignored. The 'customer sercice' at Lenovo is a joke! I have no choice but to contact corporate and no way am I buying another Lenovo product again.
