The staff at Sierra Timberline did a nice job of getting to know my needs and showing me the products that would meet them, letting me decide which I liked best. They gave me their best estimate of my cost. I decided to go ahead with the purchase and they set up an installation time. Will and Nick met that time precisely, and then they worked quickly to install the system. Will and Nick were both very nice, did excellent work, and cleaned up after themselves. We are very pleased with the fireplace insert, which was a wonderful replacement for one that made a lot of noise and didn't really work very well. And the final cost came in under the estimate!
