Huge thank you to Erin Realmo! I hate car shopping! I hadn't purchased a vehicle in over 12 years, mainly because there is nothing I dread more than knowingly spending thousands of dollars on an item, that depreciates in value, the second it's purchased. Regardless of my desires, my car no longer provided the "luxury" of starting everyday. I had no choice, but to suck it up, and do it!

I had been to three other dealerships over the past few months, and I STILL had NO idea what I wanted! I would leave each time exasperated, and stroked with confusion.

Erin realized quickly, although, I hadn't the slightest idea of what make or model I wanted; I knew what I liked! He identified my non-negotiable desires, versus additional bonus features. He tailored those desires by highlighting the vehicles, he felt, were best suited for me. While walking through the lot, I had expressed some interest, and my curiosity was attentively handled. He grabbed the keys and we went off on a test drive.

Erin was never pushy! He never tried to convince me that I should compromise on features I didn't realize I wanted, prior to my arrival. Additionally, he was honest when I asked his personal opinion! You can't imagine how appreciative I am to know that I was answered like a friend rather than a customer.

Most importantly... He asked questions, listened to my wants and needs, and attentively executed AND surpassed all of my expectations!

I walked away with a brand new Jeep that I'm still trying to figure out. Turns out I like ... everything!
