So they are doing adoptions by appointment only right now and they charge you a non refundable $20 fee to hold the dog until their next available time slot.
I recently went to view a puppy that was extremely traumatized. They wouldn t take him out of his kennel or let me go in so I never was able to meet him. They refused to give me my $20 back and what irritated me most was after that display of behavior, they still immediately placed him back up for adoption.

What a joke!
