Welcome, as always, impeccable like everything else .. From breakfast to dinner, always very attentive to the smallest detail. I have been coming to this hotel for years and every time I leave I am always very satisfied! Between mountain hikes in the morning and return to the hotel and take refuge in the wellness center in the afternoon, relaxation is guaranteed!

Just returned from skiing holiday, and being the second experience in this hotel, I had the confirmation of previous good impression. Definitely recommended.
4 star hotel, well managed, clean. The location is quite strategic both to enter some nearby paths and to use as a starting point for wider excursions (Marmolada, Fassa, Pale di S. Martino, Civetta). The rooms have some aging but are still comfortable and clean. Excellent cuisine, a little slow at times but truly remarkable dishes, only note: the menu should change more often or at least in the middle of the week. Note of merit for the very nice waitresses.

Booked one night with a phone call, Mrs. Elvira's total availability, elegant structure with modern touches where it is needed and pleasant alpine style. Small but comfortable room lacks nothing the list would be long and cloying. The most surprising thing is the cleanliness so that you work hard you will not find dust even in the most inaccessible good places. Remarkable buffet breakfast, simple rules for covid respected and not suffocating. Price a bit high but justified by the night alone and the Ferragostian period. Structure to be considered for short holidays.
Not suitable for families .. There are no TV channels for children, not even a dedicated entertainment. The Spa does not allow entry to children under 12.
Very nice place with own little wellness and quality food service. Nontheless drinks offered with dinners were pretty expensive. But the service of hotel staff was excelent
Lovely lodge. It is beautiful to see and the bar room is my favorite. The spa however could use warmer water in the pool, and lower temperature in the sauna. The one complaint is the food. It is not good, and very expensive for what we paid! I wouldn't recommend eating there, unless they included it in the hotel price to give us the opportunity to see if they improved.
I am celiac, and I booked, after a phone call, via email specifying my problem, a double room for two people including breakfast, always via email the structure replied that there were no problems to serve gluten-free foods for the first time Breakfast. At breakfast time, first they replied that I had to notify, when I pointed out that we had exchanged emails about it, they replied that they were sorry but they had forgotten, luckily I had brought some cookies just in case and I ate those . At the time of the invoice they did not mention anything. When I pointed it out, they told me that now they had stocked up, it seems late since I was leaving. Of course, they charged me without any kind of discount, not even for breakfast.

The owners are nice, friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and very clean, in which you can enjoy a wonderful view both in front and behind the hotel.

Four-star hotel located outside the center of Falcade, certainly in a quiet area away from traffic, but which allows, at the same time, to be in the village in a few minutes. From the outside, the hotel presents itself positively, also thanks to the presence of some decorative elements such as the garden, outdoor tables and collectible Vespas. As we entered we were well received at the reception. On the ground floor there is a bar, billiard table and many tables where you can relax. There is also a SPA with Turkish bath, sauna, heated relaxation area, various types of showers. The rooms are spacious and always clean, but I would have preferred the presence of a balcony or a window in the bathroom. The part of the hotel that confidently elevates it to a four-star rating is undoubtedly the restaurant: truly excellent first and second courses, delicious desserts and a rich breakfast buffet; waitresses always caring and available, even with the most difficult customers. I enjoyed the friendliness and kindness of the owners.

We stayed here 5 days and found a family-run business where everything went well from the cleaning of the rooms to the availability of the manager, we had half board and if breakfast is normal, dinner was a nice discovery, excellent in terms of both of the menu and in the quality of the product.
