Sometimes the ride is great and others terrible. It depends on the train driver. I've gone with a friend who has a service dog and some drivers refuse to let it on. We've gone with a small wagon to buy groceries and experienced the same problem. The watt I-80 has a new train driver who rides the breaks if you take his train and it makes for a jerky ride all the way which almost caused me whiplash. Another time I tried to board via the handicap ramp and couldn't board bc the bus driver was busy using his cell phone. I even called in his window but he ignored me and took off causing me to have to wait for the next train and making me late for my appt. Most times the drivers are friendly and it's a good ride but I've had too many problems riding the public transit to give it more than 2 stars.
