I ate here as a child and looked forward to the signature Chicken Kiev. It was dry and inedible. The borscht was delicious but hardly a cup. Desert was the best part but the tea came late and pricey, was hardly touched as we were on the theater schedule. Altogether quite disappointing for the price.
