I wrote a bad review months ago, but since have had Lee deal with the case and has been faultless. Got it sorted in a timely manner and kept me up to date along the way. Prior to Lee I wasn't happy with the timescale, but then he sorted it. I am sure if he had it at the start it would of been fine and would have felt more confident in getting the right result
