Was referred to these after an accident last April...

Was referred to these after an accident last April. Called today to see where my compensation is and I was told other side insurer had sent check on 22/12/17. Today they said they hadn't looked at the cheques and don't know if mine has arrived... Surely when a claim is settled the solicitor would pay the client and re claim the settlement from the other side... This is starting to drag now.. come on carpenters

Since posting this I've had two calls both been helpful. Thanks for the help received by Sophie and Nicholas. Both were great and would use them again
