Worst Worst WORST incompetence EVER!!! I have 2 torn tendons and a torn labrum in my shoulder. I only got an MRI after vising my office 4 times, the referrals office three times and filing a complaint AND a grievance through Blue Cross. Now I have an MRI and PROOF that my pain and injuries are real. I went into the office yesterday and handed them my MRI results. I was told the doctor would look at it today. I went over today and was told, "I don't know who told you that would happen, your doctor isn't in until next Tuesday (that is 5 days from now!) I am in so much pain that I wake up several times per night. I had to get a referral to "pain management" through their office. It was denied because the referrals office never received my medical records that I submitted 4 TIMES (once by FAX and 3 times I handed it to the desk person and WATCHED them make copies of it.) I have had to drive from the office on How ave. to the referrals office on Sunrise now 3 times. I fear this will not get handled at any point in the near future. I am furious by their treatment of me and saddened that they probably treat people like this who don't have the time, means, or energy to drive the 30 miles back and forth between offices. Oh, and BTW the only positive reviews of this office that I can find are from people who are in business/cahoots with these people. FRUS-TRAT-ED!
