Don't expect this to be a hotel. There are a number of cabins of various shapes and sizes that have different room layouts. While admittedly we booked late, we ended up spread across the grounds. Compared to the Fairmont Lake Louise, the rooms are clearly overpriced. Essentially what you get is an overpriced motel type of experience. And be careful having the bell hops deliver your luggage. They never showed up to assist us and lost the bags of another traveller by putting them in the wrong room.
