My wife and I both need to have scooter as it is difficult for use to walk any distance.
The second day there my scooter the battery kept cutting in and out while we were at Magic Kingdom. We called them and they said they would be to us in 30min.We made our way to the front gate and went out and meet them as they pulled up. From the time we made the call, meet them got new battery, ran a quick test on the scooter, and started back in was 15min. Two day later were at Animal Kingdom and my wives scooter acted up we thought it was a bad battery also the way it acted. 30min. they had a replacement battery for us and we were on our way again. About 30 to 40 min. later it acted up again. When they got there in 30min. time back by the gorilla cages they checked it out and a automatic brake was dragging. Swapped it out with the one he had brought and we were on our way again. For the rest of the 2 weeks we were there we never had any problem. We rent a van and I could load them both on the back of the van by myself. The GoGo's brake down into 3 pieces ( seat, battery, scooterbase) for easy loading and unloading. We have also used Apple Scooter when taking a cruise the scooter in is out room waiting for us.
