Melvin my sales advisor is fantastic. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied. He worked around my schedule and everything about this process was stress free. After my lease I was supposed to bring my car back to install some accessories but my schedule was very tight and Melvin just said "don't worry about it, this is what we're going to do" wow! I was amazed with his customer service skills because I didn't have to do anything; he took care of EVERYTHING! Melvin is a great asset to Karen Radley Acura and because of him I will definitely recommend this dealership to all my friends and family interested on purchasing or leasing a vehicle.
