Not going to lie, I really don't like fortune cook...

Not going to lie, I really don't like fortune cookies. They're dry and mealy and don't really taste like anything. The only part I like is ripping out the fortune.

But since my friend and I were visiting SF, we decided to give the factory a visit. I always like seeing how things are made, so I was pretty excited for the tour. Well, the tour isn't actually a tour. And the factory isn't really a factory. At least it wasn't the grandiose cookie factory that I had pictured in my head. Instead, it's a small room down some alley way, and you have two ladies working on the cookies. Nonetheless, it was still pretty amazing to see them at work.

They have a sign saying that if you want to take a photo/video, it'll cost you 50 cents. They don't really enforce it but you should definitely just be a good person and pay it. After all, their "tour" is free and they have to make a living somehow! 50 cents for a glimpse of their process is 50 cents well spent.
