Toro is one of my absolute favorite Tapas restaurants in Boston. They're food is delicious and the service is pretty good.
I would definitely recommend arriving earlier as they don't take reservations for dinners and it can get crowded, especially on weekends. However, they do accept reservations for brunch and lunch.

Overall, I would 100% can recommend. I love it everytime I go!
