I read and I'm cry how much fate I had to believe cannot happening to me.
I've planned once in a life time holiday, with a weeding, visiting friends I haven't saw in the last 20 years and a lots of plans how will spend the 2 weeks with them.
I've booked in June tickets for Australia; everything was perfect until 2 weeks before my trip, when I was to A&E for a check and I remain for the next 2 weeks, because they discover a bad blood infection who affected also my legs. I was literally lived with antibiotics for 2 weeks, enable to walk properly.
I contact them to explain the situation, like someone was written here it's impossible to understand someone there, my English is not perfect, but at least I'm understandable. They put me to send proof I'm in the hospital, saying they will contact the flight company to negotiate with them.
1. I think they never ever contact Emirates, because no one from Emirates give at least a call, like I'm not even exist. With this occasion I saw also low customer service at Emirates, if you are not rich or a celebrity they don't give a s.....
2. They send me, like a tennis ball, between them and between Emirates; they say are right, Emirates say, no, we are right regarding your problem.
Instead to get healthy as soon ad possible, my heath was affected also by the lack of empathising, by bellow average customer service and total disrespect for clients.
But, it's impossible in this country do not be laws against those company's who they main task is to steal money from clients.
