First, they did not actually diagnose the problem with our hybrid accord. That was the only reason we went. To get it diagnosed to see what the original problem is would have been another full additional charge. The building is nice, they had a shuttle, no one complained about our puppy who came with, but since they did not get the job done in any capacity I gave them one star.
