COMPLETE SCAM!

COMPLETE SCAM!

Their business model is centered on Craigslist ads.

They insist they are not a retail operation, that they are a manufacturer and they only wholesale, but they will make an exception with you. (wink. wink.) They admit they do their manufacturing in L.A. area... sooo.... What's with the retail showroom guys? I asked them that, they got defensive.. I know how wholesaling works, my family has done it for 35 years.. this isn't it.

Then they will lead you around the showroom and put down all the other retail spa businesses.

Then they will pull out a dollar figure that they think they can charge you based on their size-up of you. Mine was $1,304 more than their Craigslist ad. WOW. I must have made a bad impression...

Went home, called the (separate) Craiglist number (the one that's not listed anywhere else..) They made another appointment with me. This time I used a different name. They promised me if I came right now that they would have the spa I was looking at in the Craigslist ad at their special Craigslist price. $1,304.00 cheaper. Exact same spa. Lucky Me!

Game Over at that point for me. I called Tim, the salesman that had showed me around. Asked about the difference in price.

He ends up telling me, "You know what, I'm not going to do business with you, you came in with a chip on your shoulder." No... just trying to make an honest deal Tim, trying to understand your business before I give you $5,000.00, and you're a dishonest business. I told him I would be reviewing him on Yelp... so here I am. I hope this helps you understand what kind of business you'll be dealing with. Ask yourself, "Is this business model sustainable??"... "Will they be here to honor their warranty in 2, 5 or 10 years?"

Good Luck!
