Booked to watch Tom Jones tonight only to arrive to chaos in the disabled area. Overbooking, not enough space for the wheelchairs, to a point where wheelchairs were queueing and some people already seated were becoming angry as the ramp up to seating area was now been taken over by those desperate to see the show. A real safety hazard if something was to go wrong. Tickets are for 1 disabled person and one carer.. One person there had 4 carers in the disabled area. Very disappointing. Had to leave as no way were we going to find seating.
