My experience here was in the Borderless Art Exhibit by teamlab in Nov 2018. The building is a part of a larger complex featuring Toyota car building, restaurants, shopping, a ferris wheel, etc.

I felt the quality of the exhibition was very nice and the staff were friendly. There were rest areas for moms with kids and places to duck in for a vending machine drink too.

I would highly recommend this as a way to spend a day, especially since Odaiba and other shopping areas are around the area too.
