The person who meets the standard of the website is extremely rude. She hung up on me because I refused to agree on an RV and go for a visit before I knew if the proposed accommodation had an exterior. She didn't know, and didn't know who could tell me. When I called back to explain with her, she started yelling at me. It is quite disturbing that the responsibility of the first contact with the company is entrusted to this lady, and certainly dissuasive for the customers.
